Grants Programme

These are made to organisations for positive contributions that meet the objectives of the Foundation Marchig
in relation to animal welfare and protection of animals.

There are no restrictions on the geographical area of the work (with the exception of the USA and Canada).
All applications meeting the following criteria will be considered by the Foundation Marchig:

Those encouraging initiatives in the animal welfare field, but especially those for the purposes of advancing animal welfare by preventing cruelty, relieving the suffering and providing protection for animals;
Those promoting and encouraging practical work in preventing cruelty and relieving the suffering of animals;
Those promoting and encouraging practical work in order to provide or secure protection for animals;
Those promoting and encouraging education and awareness programmes to prevent cruelty, relieve the suffering and provide or secure protection for animals;
Those organisations which are registered charities or ‘not-for-profit’ groups.
